Alex has dedicated 15 years of his career to one of the UK’s largest independent management services companies, where he held a senior sales position in the heart of London focussing on both hardware and software as a service.
In 2019, Alex made a pivotal decision and took a significant step by founding CYB3R, a specialised commercial managed services provider (MSP) focusing on the ICT workplace arena.
Recognising the escalating cyber threats of early 2023, Alex shifted focus towards cyber security and after speaking to clients who had offices in Dubai, the need for localised boutique cyber advisory and technology in the UAE was apparent. This led to the creation of a boutique cyber security firm in the UAE, offering advisory services and tech solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the underserved SME market .
This change marked a pioneering move to tackle the notable underrepresentation of SMEs in the cyber security domain.
